Quotes and orders

All signs are made to order. Quotes are provided in writing after you submit a request and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. An order begins when you approve the quote and design mockup and any required payment is received.

Designs and artwork

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos or artwork you send us. We may decline designs that infringe third-party rights.

Product images

Website previews are illustrations. Final appearance may vary slightly from previews and mockups because neon is light, not ink.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.
