Laser Cutting
Razor-sharp cut letters, logos and decorative panels in acrylic, wood, metal and more.
About Laser Cutting
Laser cutting uses a focused beam to cut or engrave materials with extreme accuracy. It can produce tiny details, clean corners and complex patterns that are difficult to achieve by hand, which makes it ideal for lettering, logos, decorative screens and custom sign components.
neonscribe offers laser-cut parts in acrylic, wood, MDF, metal and other sheet materials, as finished signs or as components for larger builds. Send your vector artwork and we will return a free quote, with advice on material thickness and finish.
Why choose Laser Cutting
Fine detail
Narrow strokes, sharp corners and intricate patterns cut cleanly and consistently.
Many materials
Acrylic, timber, MDF, metal and foam can all be cut, depending on thickness.
Repeatable accuracy
Every copy matches the first, which suits branding rollouts and multi-site signs.
Cut and engrave
The same process can engrave surfaces for labels, patterns and textures.

Frequently asked questions
What file do you need?
A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is best. If you only have an image, we can often redraw it for an additional design step.
How thick a material can you cut?
It depends on the material. Thin to medium acrylic and wood cut cleanly, while very thick or specialist metals use other cutting methods. Tell us what you need.
Can the cut edges be finished?
Yes. Acrylic edges can be flame or diamond polished, wood can be sanded and sealed, and metal can be deburred and painted.
Do you offer small runs?
Yes. Laser cutting suits both one-off pieces and repeat production, so quantities from one upwards are possible.
